I was looking forward to the "handcrafted" mother's day frame, and it arrived with poor finishing. Send a note a day the Customer service claims they can't seem to offer solutions. They only ask for pictures, then ask for another picture highlighting the deficiency then ask again for another picture.. they are just making a fool out of their customers. This gift is embarrassing to give to my wife. Only a couple days to mother's day and I'm scrambling for an alternative gift after spending 80 bucks for this. Horrible experience
